Compensation and Benefits Package

- Salary: 25,000-35,000RMB monthly before tax, 13 months payment per year.

- Relocation/Local Moving/House set-up Allowances (3000 RMB once).

- Housing Allowance (10,000RMB/month).

- Home Leave Air Transportation Allowance (10,000RMBannually).

-Advanced health insurance medical: for foreign teachers andtheir eligible dependents.

-Start Contract Mobilization: Actual Air fare Reimbursement or international teachers and their eligible dependents. (RMB5,000).

-Visa/Work Permit Expenses Reimbursement: for international teachers and their eligible dependents. (Up to 3,000RMB for first entry only).

- Professional Development Allowance (IB).

-Tuition Fee: The School shall waive tuition fees at the School for the teacher's eligible dependent children.

- Physical Examination.


REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors where applicable.

- Teaching Certificate, PGCE, CELTA, and DELTA preferred.

- More than two years teaching experiences preferred.

- Native English speaker preferred.

- Willingness to work in a collaborative environment.

- The ability to obtain a clear background check.

- Eager to learn and grow continuously.
