Packages:

● We offer a very attractive package which includes salary ranging from RMB20, 000/month to RMB26,000/month before tax

● RMB2,000 housing allowance, health insurance and paid leave (8 weeks paid leave every year for Winter and Summer holiday.)

● Contracts: One-year renewable

● Working hours: There are no sitting hours and classes are scheduled

Responsibility:

● Establishing and enforcing rules of behavior for students in the classroom

● Preparing lessons, units and projects to complete learning objectives

● Establishing and communicating clear objectives for lessons, units and projects

● Adapting teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of students

● Encouraging students to explore learning opportunities and career paths

● Creating, assigning and grading various assessments for students, including tests, quizzes, essays and projects

● Working with students one-on-one when they need extra help or attention

● Tracking and evaluating student academic progress

● Leading parent-teacher meetings

● Maintaining positive relationships with students, parents, coworkers and supervisors

● Managing student behavior

● Creating a safe, respectful and inclusive classroom environment

● Communicating regularly with parents

● Helping students improve study methods and habits

● Administering tests to evaluate students’ progress

Qualification:

● A minimum of 2 years’ full-time (or equivalent part-time) teaching experience to adults (age 12 and above).

● If an applicant’s EFL/ESOL qualification is at certificate level (or equivalent), one of the three years of full-time teaching must be post-EFL/ESOL certificate qualification. If the EFL/ESOL qualification is at diploma level or higher, the teaching experience can have been completed before the qualification.

● Familiarity with one or more high-stakes examination formats

● Must be a native English speaker

● Has fully operational command of the language: appropriate, accurate and fluent with complete understanding

● Certification and Professional Qualifications: CELTA or equivalent TEFL/TESOL qualification from a recognized institution (at minimum certificate level)

EFL/TESOL-related studies completed as part of an undergraduate or postgraduate course from a recognized institution (minimum certificate level)

● A degree in Education(if supported by an undergraduate degree that includes studies focused on the English Language)

● All qualifications must be validated by a reputable institution and accredited by a professional certification board. If requested, applicants are required to provide additional information

● Education: Bachelor’s degree from an internationally recognized university
