【Details】

·You will participate in the programme which is conducted in Chinese schools but educationally supported by British schools. Your daily teaching will follow the Cambridge published textbook (mainly Kid's Box and THINK), and you need to design you with various teaching materials. Besides you are expected to inspect other teachers hing by the course handbooks and providing appropriate teaching training. Therefore you are expected to cooperate and work closely with your Chinese co-teachers, strong communication skills are highly desirable to ensure teaching continuity

·Design and strictly follow lesson plans, teaching objectives and syllabus with co-teachers

·Fully prepare and review the lesson in advance together with co-teachers

·Prepare the teaching and learning according to the course handbooks

·Daily communication with co-teachers; weekly and monthly meetings with co-teachers to ensure continuity of teaching content and teachering pace

·Supervise teachers’ performance according to the teaching and inspection handbooks.

.Organise and attend extracurricular activities, such as English Corner, at least twice a week

·Grade students’ assignments and test papers, follow-up with students and parents if necessary

·Interact with both parents and students in a way that is educational and fun

·Participate in teacher training sessions and assessments held by senior teachers and schools

【Requirements】

·2 years of experience teaching

·Sponsored accreditations including Trinity CertTESOL, Cambridge TKT, Trinity DipTESOL and DELTM etc

·Have a bachelor's degree (any major accepted)

·Have strong communication skills

·Yearn to live abroad for at least a year

·Native English speaker from: the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa (due to visa regulations)

·Have a clean criminal background

·Newly qualified PGCE teachers WELCOME

·Can teach junior high school students (experienced better)
