【Salary Range】RMB 20K - 23K after tax

【Details】

· Teach oral English (for students aged 6-15 years old), physical education, and/or arts courses according to the teaching assignments allocated by the school.

· Generally 20-22 classes per week

· Each class is 40 minutes in duration

· 40 students on average

· 5 days per week. Classes are scheduled between Monday to Friday - during the daytime.

· Participate in the development and optimization of the curriculum system for oral English/physical education/arts courses, as well as in educational research activities.

· Manage students in class, tutor them to improve their knowledge levels, and provide feedback on teaching situations to the school and parents after class.

· Participate in the planning and execution of the school’s oral English clubs and other activities.

· Contract length: One academic year (10-11 months).

【Requirements】

· Native English speaker from USA/UK/CAN/AUS/IRE

· Bachelor degree or above

· TESOL/TEFL

· 25-45 years of age

· Passion for the education sector, with relevant experience in teaching oral English. Candidates with the ability to teach physical education or arts courses will be given priority.

· Must provide a criminal background check.

· Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, with a unique perspective on the subject matter. In addition to subject knowledge and classroom teaching skills, candidates should also possess research and learning capabilities.

· Have strong professional ethics and a spirit of self-improvement, and be skilled at communicating with students and parents.

· Possess good creativity, leadership, and communication skills.
