- Location: Zhuji, Zhejiang, China

- responsible for teaching the following subjects:

·Group 2: Language Acquisition: English

·Group 3: IETLS

Main Duties and Responsibilities ·

- Take responsibility for a high school class, supporting, nurturing and taking a genuine interest in the holistic of all children in that class

- Design, prepare and deliver high quality lessons to suit the individual needs of all students in line with the Teacher’s Guidance

- Assess and monitor student progress and provide targets so that all learners can see - Collaborate with other teachers to share new ideas, approaches and professional knowledge

- Communicate accurately and regularly with parents

- Liaise with the Academic Director to ensure effective delivery of the curriculum to specified classes, including selecting resources and managing them efficiently in the classroom

- Contribute to the extra-curricular activities programme and participate in school activities such as assemblies, evening events, conferences

- Maintain constant awareness of the needs of children to whom English is a second language

Qualification:

Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant/specialist subject area

- IELTS qualification and experience

- 120 hours TEFL or TESOL Certificate

Desired:

- Master’s degree

- IGCSE experience

- Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or equivalent Skills/Experience ·

- Mother tongue or near-native fluency in English
