Compensation
- Contract Length: At least two years
- Salary: 25000-32000RMB before tax per month (including 2000yuan housing allowance per month)
- The monthly salary will be paid on the 10th of each month by means of bank transfer.
- Airfare Allowance: provides end-of-contract bonus.
- Insurance: The Teacher is encouraged to take out health insurance prior to coming to China. If the teacher can not provide the health insurance, the school will provide limited medical cover and insurance for the teacher, and the teacher will be required to pay 50% of the cost, and the rest of the cost will be provided
- Apartment:Not available
- Electric, Water and Internet bill:The teacher pays the bills
- Meals Included: The school provides free breakfast and lunch during working days.
- Overtime Allowance: In the event that the Teacher is required to come to work before 08:00 or leave after 17:00, the Teacher will be compensated at a rate of 150RMB per hour. In the event of a Teacher being required on a public holiday , the Teacher will be compensated at a rate of 150RMB per hour.
The Teacher will not be eligible for overtime while participating in a special event on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) as this forms part of his/her normal work duties.
- Holidays: The Teacher shall be entitled to paid leave for all statutory Chinese holidays as well as one (1) day for Christmas.
- In addition to the statutory Chinese holidays, only when the contract period covers school’s winter or/and summer holiday, the Teacher will be entitled to a paid winter or/and summer holiday (according to the contract period). Only when the teacher signs 2 years contract, he/she can enjoy the according paid winter/summer holiday, if he/she does not fulfill the contract, the paid winter or/and summer holiday he/she enjoyed will be deducted from the last monthly salary. Management will decide the duration of either summer or winter holiday.
- Winter/Summer Holiday Length: At least 2 weeks off during summer holiday (because the school provides summer courses) and the off days during the winter holiday depends on the regulation of the education bureau.
- Medical Check fees: The school covers the cost for medical check.
- Paid Holidays? How Many? Yes (mainly depends on the contract)
- Visa: If the foreign teacher is qualified to teach in the kindergarten, the school helps to apply for work permit card and the residence permit.
- Allowance For Z Visa: The school will pay for visa in China if the school can do it in the regular way.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native speaker from the US, the UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand etc.
- A bachelor's degree and above.
- 2 years teaching or relevant experience
- Teaching certification TEFL/TESOL
- Passionate about teaching and dedicated to student outcomes
- An energetic and enthusiastic disposition
