Job Details

· Guangzhou KG needs 3 lead teachers

· age group 2-3 years and K class - 5-6 years old

· for the 2-3 years old class timings will be from 8:30-1:00 pm. Salary : 12,000 and there will be other benefits which can be discussed.

· Lead teachers full day the salary will be 22000 - Time : 8:30 - 4:00 pm

· Salaries vary based on the experiences

Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree in Education or relevant certificate.

· Have experience in the field of education.

· Understanding of child development and current educational practices.

· Creative teaching abilities, patience, flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to keep up with educational trends

Job Descriptions:

· Report to Education Director

· Collaboratively work with faculty and staff.

· Create comprehensive lesson plan

corresponding to the school curriculum.

· Prepare and managing teaching materials to facilitate class activities.

· Provide a variety of teaching methods including songs, stories, media, structured games, art and outdoor activities to engage children and stimulate their abilities.

· Maintain open communication with parents and caregivers, providing updates on their child's progress and performance.

· Capabie to supervise children during lessons, meal time, playground time,ensure a safe and nurturing learning environment.

· Plan and conduct parent teacher conference.

· Attend regular class evaluation planning meeting with Education Director and teaching assistants.
