Firstof all, the applicant for this filing is an enterprise that hires or invites overseas personnel. The operator of the enterprise unit responsible for hiring, receiving or inviting foreigners shall carry relevant materials to the entry-exit administration department of the Municipal Public Security Bureau for registration and record and accept investigation and verification.

So what materials do you need to prepare?

1. Fill in the true and accurate Application Form for Registration and Filing of foreign-related Units (need the signature of the legal person and the company seal);

2. The original ID card of the unit legal person and the agent and the photocopy;

3. The original copy of the Organization Code Certificate, the business license, or the Approval Certificate of Foreign-Invested Enterprises, or the original and photocopies of other registration certificates such as the school-running License and the Qualification Certificate for Hiring Foreigners;

4. Letter of Commitment signed by the legal Representative of the foreign-related Entity;

5. Foreign-related units belonging to national key engineering projects or major scientific research projects shall submit project certification documents issued by the competent departments of provincial and ministerial governments; Enterprises belonging to new and high technology enterprises shall submit a new and high technology enterprise certificate; For foreign investment, foreign-invested advanced technology enterprises or foreign-invested product export enterprises in the encouraged category, the confirmation letter of foreign investment projects or the confirmation letter of foreign-invested advanced technology enterprises or the confirmation letter of foreign-invested product export enterprisess hall be submitted;

6. Other materials deemed necessary by the Entry and Exit Bureau of the Municipal Bureau

那么具体需要准备哪些材料呢？

1.填写真实准确的《涉外单位登记备案申请表》（需要法人签字、盖有公司公章）；

2.单位法人与代办人的身份证原件及收取复印件；

3.经年审合格的《单位组织机构代码证》的副本原件、营业执照，或《外商投资企业批准证书》，或《办学许可证》和《聘请外国人的资格证明》等其他登记证明原件及收取复印件；

4.法定代表人签署的《涉外单位法定代表人履责承诺书》；

5.属国家重点工程项目或重大科研项目的涉外单位需提交省、部级政府主管部门出具的项目证明文件；属高新技术企业单位需提交高新技术企业证书；属鼓励类外商投资、外商投资先进技术企业或者外商投资产品出口企业的需提交国家鼓励类发展的外商投资项目确认书或者外商投资先进技术企业确认书或者外商投资产品出口企业确认书；

6. 市局出入境管理局认为需要提供的其他材料
